SPS Front Brake Caliper ID/Help

Hello All,
New member here. I have a 2007 Suckerpunch Sally's Bobber and this looks like the place to come for tech questions.

Rear brake works really well, front one, not so much.

There is fluid in the reservoir, and when I squeeze the lever there is tension (lever doesn't go all the way to the grip). The braking power is basically non existent though.

I just got the oil changed, and had them do a once over. They told me that the front caliper is leaking and that the pads are virtually soaked. Below are some pics of it.

I want to re-seal the caliper. I would rather not have to buy a whole new one, but I can't identify what caliper this is to accurately shop for the corresponding kit. Do any of you have any ideas as to what caliper this is?

More questions to come, but this one is the most pressing.

Thanks in advance for all your guys' help!

-Mike

Looks pretty close to an Ultima caliper
SECTION 1

DNA looks similar also. Most aftermarket brakes use a HD seal or Pm. I can look up the ultima info Monday if you send me a PM or give me a call to remind me.

Thanks, John! You're right the Ultima looks like it's the one. I just ordered the seal kit and pads. I'll update probably next weekend.

Thanks again!
