Primary bearing upgrade

Running a '92 softail closed/chain primary.Bearing is starting to get a bit rowdy and I decided to change it.Saw this on the net.

All Balls Inner Primary Bearing Upgrade 25-3102 90-06 Twin Cam (Exc 06 497977 | eBay

Am I correct in assuming that this upgraded bearing replaces that pain in the ass part of changing the sleeve/race that goes over the mainshaft?

primary bearing upgrade

Yes it changes back to a single sealed bearing, like they were previously,,,,,,,,,, some people remove inner part of seal so bearing gets more lube.
