how much oil for S&S 113?

alright fellas, so my completely custom chopper has a 113ci S&S with a one-off oil tank; so how much oil do I put in it...? I don't want to seize it, but don't want to run it dry; is there a rule of thumb? Fill it up to the oil tank return line? Suggestions?

just for reference, here is a profile pic; you can see the oil tank under the seat with 3 lines coming off of it

The vent and return in the tank come up to about 1/8 or 1/4 or so from the top of the tank, so don't fill it up so full that it will slosh over into the vent line...just give your self about an inch or so from the top..Sharp looking scooter..head turner there..

The 20 w 50 oils are classified as motorcycle oil, most are...They don't add the friction modifiers
so it is safe to run in your primary...other wise the clutch would slip....as far as a brand name
I don't know, as long as it's not a cheap oil, I would go with synthetic, it's tough..I think they make that stuff from natural gas..
The price is dropping on it too..
