Fork identification

I need help identifying my forks they sound dry when I hit a bump sounds like just spring I want to change the oil or add oil if there dry trying to figure out how much I need thanks

wet means if they had fluid in them previuosly. Dry would be brand new parts that were completely dry. Theres about a 1 ounce variation between the two.
