APC High Roller 280 help

I just recently picked up a 2004 APC High Roller 280. There are two toggle switches by the throttle, the one on top is a kill switch, the one on the bottom is a similar switch but I can not seem to figure out what it might be for. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Top button is ignition, bottom button is turn signal, the switch to the side of the turn signal button is my one in question.

Looks like you have Climax controls.
I don't have that set-up but I would guess the button is to ignite the flasher, and the toggle is to determine left from right.
By the way, that is not considered a toggle It's considered to be a push button.
Just sayin.
