04 Texas chopper sissy bar

I have a 04 AIH Texas chopper, 240 rear tire. I would like to have a custom sissy bar made for it. Right now it doesn't have any mounts on the fender. There's a few sets on eBay for sale. Anybody have a 240 tire Texas chopper with a sissy bar that could give me some width measurements where it sits in the mounts or maybe someone has done this before and know the correct width. Thanks in advance ! The red one in my profile pic is not it just in case you see it. It had a sissy bar on it but I no longer have it.

If you are going to make your own Paughco makes mounts that are the same as stock . Probably the same ones. They are shaped like little foot balls . Buy those mount them where you want them and you have everything you need to make custom sissy bar . Just keep in mind you fender struts on the inside of the fender don't go as far back as most would like to so you can mount a sissy bar . And also the struts come to a point at the end so that adds to placement issues. You could really make you own mounts to once you see the design , they are pretty easy not much to them
