Oil in ultima 6 speed

What's a good oil to run in my ultima trans would a 75w 90 amsoil be good

I use Mobil One or Lucas synthetic 75W90.

I use Amsoil 75w/90 Severe Gear in my Ultima and my Harley transmissions.

GM rear end gear oil with/syn base. Use syn to keep the wear down. Think aspirin for the human and think chemical in an engine is chemistry in action.
