The 23" tire is not much taller. It's low profile. The only one I can find in a whitewall is a 130/50.
In a 21" in I can only find with a whitewall is a 90 which is too narrow.

I thinking about running an inverted springer from Jerri's Springers. I already talked to him and he will build it to size so I'm not concerned about it being level

I picked up this ironhorse tank. My thoughts were to dish the side and use it but I'm not sure if I like the way it looks on the frame. I don't think it goes with the curves of the frame...what are your thoughts?

Alright,

Here's an update pic of the build. I'm using this tank, going to dish the sides. Got my front end and 23" wheel mounted. I'm using 15" true spoke rear wheels

here's the wheels

I'm using the same tank on my trike and your right, it doesn't really go with the curves of the frame. Not really sure if my tank goes with my frame either but I like it anyway.

Got my wheel on and it's in rolling chassis stage now. Here's a few pics. I think I may need a bigger tank. This one looks to small now
