2000 harley road king efi problem

My bike has a cam kit, and bored, won't idle. Engine is fine. Is there a fix for this, plug and play?

If the issue has developed since the engine upgrades, you are probably going to need to remap the EFI.

I never got a response to know if it is EFI or not but even if its EFI it should idle without a remap. More bike info would be helpful.....
