Always been good to me and I've been a royal pain in the ass. I saw Vince at Delmarva, took his monoshock for a ride, and blew the head gasket. Oops.

I can't seem to get my parts from them. Ordered my frame on the 22nd of Dec. 2010 Got the frame but still waiting for misc. parts.
I have heard "a few days" or "next week" for two months now.
Is this common with them?
I'm getting frustrated!

Hang in there----same situation with me.....ordered my frame in April 2010,,,got it 5 months later....and my front end a couple of months later after that. Vince has reached that plateau of not taking care of his customers like he used to ....but still makes GREAT QUALITY products.....He is on the road alot now and obviously who takes over the shop when he is gone----ain't cuttin it. Don't fret----you will get your stuff-----just stay on him. He handled all my issues ---- just not as fast as I wanted it to happen.

I've had to pick up a few things for the project I'm working on. Vince told me he has scaled back the operation quite a bit and only kept the choice employees.
They forgot me on one of my orders but were not offended when I called back to check on my stuff. I know they are busy. They're good people.

Here we are three weeks since my last post and still waiting!

I really didn't want to bring this all up here but I'm tired of hearing the excuses. If they are having legit trouble getting things done on their end my apologies but this is really getting frustrating! After paying that much money I shouldn't have to beg for my parts!

In the past three weeks I have been told;
Should get parts from machine shop this week.(just like I hear every week).
Should be here any time(just like every week).
I sent you an e-mail. (just like every week).
Its hard to get parts from suppliers.(just like every week).
I have it here but I forgot to send it.(that one is new)

This is all coming from Vince or Carla. Not hired help.
Don't get me wrong they both seem like very nice people and are great to talk to on the phone but this is no way to do business.

Seems to me they need new suppliers or they don't have any interest in sending me my parts!!!!

I seen em out in PC at Thunder Beach and they had about 8 Bikes out there. The owner kinda seemed like a Douche. may have been me .. All bikes had Paint Chips..Scuff marks.. May just Be me but i would have one of them.. Seen they wrapped a Exhaust and it was melting bubbling the paint .. I heard the salesman telling some guy " Yea it doesnt effect anything " Except that part of the damn oil Tank and paint lol
