6000K HID Headlight Conversion for choppers

I have put together a true HID headlight conversion that completely fits in all Headwinds STYLE 5-3/4" and larger headlight buckets. The kit consists of a German Design Micro Digital Ballast that is about the size of 10 credit cards stacked and comes as a plug and play H4 set up. This kit has been long due for custom bike/chopper applications. Fits most Harley Davidson Bikes as well.

Draws less current that a standard wattage H4 bulb at only 3.5 amps and has 2-3 times the light output on the road as stock high beam does.

Kit includes Ballast, 6000K (I also stock 8000K, and 10000K) H/L bulb, and basic full color instructions.

You can see the kit on my website at http://www.lowdownchopshop.com

Looks like a good product at a very reasonable price. So is there no way I can rig it to work with a 4.5" headlight?

Not that it could be "rigged" but question would be will it fit. It will work, just might not fit in the bucket!! I tried to put one in a Brass Balls bike here locally at a dealer and the 4.5" bucket was too small.

This kit fits snug in the BDM/AIH/Headwinds style 5.75" buckets.

For sure not the US. Nothing is made here anymore especially HID stuff.

Of all my parts I sell, of course I do the billet stuff, the HID parts are made over seas. I put the harness together package and do full color basic instructions on the install for those guys that can't turn a wrench.

Just thought I would update my thread here a bit.

My newest HID ballast is a German design ballast. Very, Very low defect rate, and actually I have already sold way over 100 HID kits for the 5.75" buckets and I have not had a single defective/returned ballast yet. I have one local guy that has so far got about 12,000 miles on his bike since installing the Kit.

The newest Bulb, available in 6000K, 8000K, and 10000K, is a HID low beam and a 35 watt halogen high beam. This high beam bulb is there to mainly work with BDM, BBC, & AIH bikes but also for inspection purposes to pass.

Check the kits out on my website and here is a 15% OFF
discount coupon code to put in at checkout: hidsale

Here are the specs on the Ballast and the bulbs:
