Yah Jay I know those things are sharp. Just had to put them on for a look. As for the color I was thinking a midnight blue or a little lighter. The paint is going to be the hardest for me.I just need to figure out what else besides blue. maybe like a ghost flame. I welcome any suggestions Later off to the garage I go HIHOHIHO

I will tell you one of the sickest paint jobs I ever saw leave my shop.
The bike was a candy metallic dark blue with with heavy metal flake. We painted the whole bike this color with the exception of the area masked off for flames.
The flames were then painted the same color without the metal flake.
When the sun would hit that paint, it looked like water flowing except where the flames were makeing them really "pop".
I can't find a picture of it but I am sure someone here has a picture of something similar.

Latisha will probably give you a good deal if you tell her you are a CC member. I know she is anxious for more work.

We actually have several good painters to choose from. Go check out the painters threads for examples.

Nice bike, those forward controls are too cool. I see this is a softtail, is the fender mounted to the swing arm???

The rear fender is indeed attached to the swing arm with 5 mounting points and the fender has internal struts.

re

That's the best custom package I've seen yet (looks and price). Being in my early 30's and barely clearing 40k a year all I can do is just wait until I get older.

I'm sick of window shopping through my computer screen.

That transmission has an outer bearing suppor in the hydraulic actuator which really adds a ton of strength to the driveside.
