Stop light

I'm cleaning out my father's shop and found this stoplight. He's had old cars and motorcycles, so I'm not sure what it was on. It's cool because it is black when not lit, and green/blue when lit.. Any ideas??
Thanks

Kinda reminds me of an old ford brake light

Maybe some upgrade for one of them if he had old cars

I don,t think green can be used for stop light? May be in the past with the silly " stop" . Perhaps new drivers don,t have to be able to read, just not be color blind
