They are old and corroded. If I had them powdercoated they'd come back to life, but I don't need them yet.

I love the stance of that bike and the way the tank fits. I'm not too fond of the bars though ( my taste only ) I was wondering what it would look like with some short drag bars with short risers so the bars are on the sides of the tank

That's been an ongoing argument in the shop for a while now......maybe I'll try it.

it's got my vote! Those bars are going to be a hell of a reach also.

Love the bike, love the name!

As for the bars, drags might be too much of a reach (for me). Maybe something in between drags and what ya got now. Just my .02 cents though... no offense...

I think the drag bars would be less of a reach than what you have on there now

I'm sorry, what I meant was that I would have to lean forward (reach) more with drag bars (unless they have a good pull back) but I understand what you mean about the bars on there now. More of an upwards reach (for me anyways). Too many Coronas make my brain think faster than I can type.

I like the apes - villain tanks are common, but drag bars are even moreso...apes will definitely set this bike apart from a crowd! nice!
