Hey Aussie - they measure from the ground to the highest part of seat then measure from the ground to the lowest part of the bars and then subtract the one from the other and that is your measurement. From memory it should be less than 380mm.
You need to find a copy and read the ICV (Individual Constructed Vehicle Motorcycle Checklist).
This is the file name of the one I used: NCOP10C_LO7_ICV_Motorcycle_Checklist_27Jan2006.pdf

Okay - i have been busy in the garage pulling the bike down for the final assembly.

I was surprised it only took two days to deconstruct the whole bike - and I was just plodding along.

The frame has been sent out for powder coating - gloss black - they put two coats of smooth shiny plastic.

Tins are at the painters for some House of Colour Organic Green over silver base coat.
