Handle bars
Thought I would also through up a post containing bars I've gotten to build for customers as well. Most of these have been posted before in the metalworking forum, but they'll be easy to find here. As with the tank pics, feel free to ask questions if your wondering how something was done or just curious about something. Mark.
Here's a shot of my bike with the set of apes I bent up for it, because I couldn't find a set that was tall but narrow enough to not look goofy on a narrow glide. (also a tank I did for it and just cleared).
This is a pretty simple set I did once and keep in my store (web site) now. Just a variation of a "Z" style bar.
Here's a set I did for a CC's members Road King. A version of some others on the market, I call mine "Weekend Bender Bars". I'm working on getting web gussets cut to use with these bars as an option to switch out the solid gussets.

I had these bars in my head for atleast a year before I did the first set, and they seem to be a big hit, I've done several versions. I call them "Holy Weekend Benders".
Holy Drags
Holy Cafe's
Holy Apes

Couple diff. bars I did this past week.
Twist on typical Z's, except that these were done with the tubing notched instead of angle cut, and the ends were capped off with rounded caps.
This is just a set for the '06 Sportster project in the shop (on the web site now). They are taller than drag bars, but shorter than the stock sporty bars. Simple, but I think they look cool.

why the gussets on the holy weekend benders? I know Yaffe has something similiar but no gussets but they are way over priced for me. Are the gussets an important part for strength?

Thanks for all the feed back guys! As far as the gussets go, I could do them without, but I like the style with the gussets. To me without the gussets they are just another set of tall angled apes. But I do what the customer wants so they can always be done however they need to be. I'm actually looking for someone to make me web gussets to use with those bars, that would be cool maybe, and would match the WCC CFL frames too. I'm just trying to do my own thing though, maybe someday it will pay the bills, lol. Mark.

Have you had any feedback on how the holes in the handlebars do in the wind. Looks like a SHITLOAD of little whistle makers. I like the looks of em, but wonder if they make any noise.
Just curious,
