vlx hardtail bobber
I was led here by a member of a local forum, Honestly never really heard of this site. Some pretty cool stuff. This is the first bike I built I've done 2 others since. Also currently working on one (250 tire, air ride) but that's later. Ok here we go

2003 shadow vlx how we got it


didn't stay that way for long!




decided to go with 16" apes on it and a tractor supply fender.



next up was to weld the hardtail together


then off to paint by my old room mate

Nice work! I thought I was the last guy on earth that still welded with a cracker box. Before you know it, the "experts" will start telling you that your welds wont be strong enough.
