Is it the angle of the pic - or is it the angle of the seat?
Looks like you will end up on the fender.

Oil, put oil in it, that'll make it work . I told Mr. Ness and ol James the day they came by the same thing. That was the day Mr. Ness told me I was the best bike builder in the world..I hope I didn't influence them when I broke out the old George Forman....Still amazed at the way the grease floats down to the bottom of the tray that way..we watched for hours....I think what amazed them was the way I built his burgar....I samiched the meat in between the lettuce and put the pickels on both sides..He asked me if I could paint that on his gas tank....as long as the money is right..O well, hey ..complaint about the forum..I havn't received anything from you guys for all the advice yet..where else you gonna find info. like this?..............
Hey, the jerk is on, anybody see that one?

I had planned to take my black diamond build the the DMV tomorrow (August 16th) to get it registered but the trailer that I got for it would not work. When the bike is on the trailer and strapped down it would lean left or right about 30 degrees!
It tilted the hitch on the the ball too. It would be too dangerous to go on the road!!! Not kidding. The rating was for 750lbs.
and my bike is only about 500lbs. The trailer will have to be re constructed completely! Do NOT Buy ONE of these trailers!! The name was Ultra-Tow Single rail Folding motorcycle trailer 700lb. Capacity.

I wrote a email to the consumer safety products commission and filled out a report on that trailer.

Meanwhile I bought a new utility trailer to take my bike to the MVD in Tucson.
