Getting the frame at the end of next week. More photos then.
Mean while I continue to collect parts and sell parts I no longer need.
Here is some of the parts for the new Yamaha build....

40mm Mikuni with TPS (throttle position sensor), and other modifications.

Rear sprocket and rear brake rotor. H-D Style.

Includes the DYNATEK 3000 programable ECU.

One week, one day from today.

Honestly, and it pains me to say it as much as I love diggers............I like the first pic better.
I know its not mine, but if you do the tank like the second pic, its screaming for a girder front and a springer seat.

It could still change at any time. I will have to look at it for a while.

Photos of the frame.
It is a Cycle One Manufacturing frame.

Nicely done welds!

I tap the 1/4 inch holes to 5/16 inch.
I also sand the edges to prevent paint or powdercoat from getting chipped.

I sanded these small plates to keep the paint or powder coat from chipping.

It will have a springer seat.
I will keep thinking about that gas tank all the way up to the end.

I was intending to have a springer front forks in black.
Just could not Photoshop that.
The frame weight is 53 lbs.
For comparison a stock Suzuki Intruder 1400 frame weighs 40 lbs.
That does not include the swing arm.
