gas tank and fenders

looking at building my own gas tank from aluminum and fenders from sheet metal just starting from scratch to see wat i can create in my lab, any input appreciated on this pneumatic hammer, will it do the job?

I have that same hammer. It works well for a small entry level machine i used it to build a small mini chopper tank . I built the tank out of 3003 H14 aluminum .063 thick and it came out awsome.

get ur self a couple differant bossing mallets...hammers....beat on it on top of a beater bag or a block of wood..carve the wood into a bowl that has the general curve ur chasing....practise shrinking and streching....
