I am jealous man, you guys get to play with all the metal on a bike. IMHO the customer should have gone for your drill and sleeve option on the uptube too. That option is great for the narrow front ends.

If I had it my way the bike would have had a 130 rear tire.Thats ok My next project will be a panhead 4spd, with Copper Sheet metal.

its getting paint Black and tangerine orange mini flake, hopefuly a 70's van or drag boat scheme

Yah the mids worked out great. I made them into Hydraulic foot clutch.
