New Sportster Chopper Rigid Frame!

New from Klock Werks Kustom Cycles is the Sportster Chopper Rigid. This Sportster Chopper Rigid maintains the lines and geometry of the original Flashback Sportster Chopper. With a 2 stretch in the backbone and 6 added to the down tubes this frame provides the perfect platform for a classic rigid chopper.
This rigid frame is the only Sportster frame currently available with a boxed neck and top motor mount. The neck is set at 40 degrees of rake. The use of 6-degree trees, 10 over tubes in combination with Deuce lower legs and a Dakota Billet flush mount axle provide the perfect look and geometry in the front end.
The frame will accommodate any sportster/buell motor up to 2003. Included with the frame is a round aluminum oil tank, battery box, built in rear fender mount bungs, rear axle and axle covers. The Sportster Chopper Rigid will be in production and available from Klock Werks in the next 6 to 8 weeks. Pricing is currently unavailable, however interested parties should email Klock Werks at Subject: Sportster Chopper Rigid. Please include you name address and any questions, requests, or comments you may have. This will get you on the Klock Werks Sportster Chopper Rigid mailing list and the frame will be made available to you as soon as possible.

Attached are images of the first Sportster Chopper Rigid produced by Klock Werks. This roller was completed to this state in under 5 days for debut at the recent 05 Easyriders V-Twin Expo to which it received much attention and rave reviews. So enjoy and feel free to contact us at Klock Werks.
