I need an exhaust bracket made, a seat pan back welded to the frame, a little more re-inforcement on the rear fender (from the inside) and maybe do somethiing with that notch in the side of the oil tank. The last thing to do is drill the frame for wiring and do a bit of shaping with the grinder.

It looks like a bike now that the handle bars are done. I'll put on the forward controls on tomorrow and take some new pictures.

I took these while installing my internal throttle. It shows how much bar I took off before the dimple. (Carlini Bars 1 1/4" Clean Sweeps)

These are the spacers I used to sleeve the bar and to space the throttle out.

It fits really tight and I used the set screws to attach it. It is very solid.

Here are the latest pictures...

The cardboard on the oil tank is just a template of the finished shape. I'm still working on that and the exhaust bracket. There will also be a plate behind the seat to clean up that space.

Ignore the cable hanging from the bars. When it's done you will only see the brake line near the master cylinder and the clutch cable.

I got it on ebay from this guy - http://stores.ebay.com/KIKSTART-2-PARTS-4-U

It did come with the outer sleeve which allowed me to compensate for the spacers and make the grip work right.

Great instructions with photos were provided too!

It is coming together very sweetly indeed Dude. Quite a jump from your stock FXSTC setup I must say.

Yep, he'll be gitty as a little school girl on his fist trip around the block for sure...

I finally called Latisha last night and we spoke for an hour about my paint. I think she has a really good idea of what I am looking for now. She is working on the design drawings already! This is going to be so cool!

I will be sending her the parts later this month, so she can get started on the actual paint. I will start dis-assembly this weekend. Got my crate all lined up and I just need to call BigMikeSimpson about the shipping.

Woo Hoo it's all coming together, FINALLY!

Don't listen to Ace, Latisha! You should tease us first with a couple of rough sketches and idea layouts. Then post the progress pics a little at a time later on down the road...

The bike will be Black and Blue, that's all I'll say for now.

I got it all torn down this weekend in 7 hours. It's off to Casey's this week for the final welding details. I got an idea I'm playing with that I want to try.
