I wanna thank everyone for their help on the primary installation. I got it installed completely, I used one washer for a spacer and no shims, and it lined up perfect. Thanks to everyone that helped, I really appreciate it.
Thanks again,
Rock

I just checked with the painter today. My stuff is back from the sand blaster, and will be getting the welds filled, then everything primed and painted.
I did give him a cheap camera to take picks for me. When the paint is nearly complete, I'll get it back to post some picks.
He did say a week or so and I'll get the frame back to start reassembling it.

Mike, Punisher, Sgt...
I got my paint set back last night late and managed to mount them on the bike. I was pretty excited on how it turned out. The pictures are in my photo gallery.
I still have to wrap up the rest of the wiring - did the front end and ignition and have to finish the control module and rear lights. Connect the oil lines and I am ready to roll...
The painter that did the work (Jay, a very young guy like Justin on American Chopper) is just starting out painting custom stuff and I am really happy with his work. He only charge me $800 for all the bodywork and paint job. If you are happy with what you see and want to send him some work please let me know. I can email you his contact info. He is really good and the quality is way beyond what he is charging me.
I probably should have powdercoated the bike red or blue... FATKAO

Fatkao,
Looks great..you'll be on the road in no time. Your painter did a great job, I dig the rear and front fenders with the cut outs.
My painter also hooked me up charging the same..can't beat it!!

Looks great-that painter has a bright future ahead of him. Go where is he located?--Matter of fact, go ahead and send me his contact information if you would.
I really like the bike-great job.

Mike, your bike looks outstanding as well. I really dig the flame job-he did some excellent work.
Are either of you looking at building anything else after these are done?

Hello Sapper and Mike, Thanks for the compliment. Jason is in Middletown PA just outside of Harrisburg. His number is 717-572-5491. All I asked was a clean, symetrical spiderweb paint job and he did surprise me a lot.
Now I have a assert some self control so I don't end up spending money to change rims, pulley, or a wimmer carb kit....

I'm strapped for cash now unless I get a good offer on my bike I won't be building one any time soon. I do look forward to building another in the future when more founds become available.

Thanks timebomb. How's your wiring project going? I am getting ready to plug the battery in. Just in case I will remove the paint set before I turn the key on....

Ive wired the bars and the rear end, Im not exactly sure how to wire my ignition and coils.
and Im trippin that I have two starter buttons, one on the coil bracket, one on the bars. I guess Im not going to hook up the bottom one...
I need to mount my rear fender
I just mocked up my primary to bolt down my motor and tranny, so it needs to come off, throw in spacers and such.
Im soooo close I can taste it, but yet sooo far away. I just never assembled anything so intricate without help and Im learning I didnt know as much as I thought I did. Im not quite stuck yet, but almost
