Nasty bikes cmh frameworks scam

So I ordered a frame from cmh frameworks about 6 months ago. I got divorced while it was being built and let bob the owner know to hold it til I arrived in my new home. I finally get to Vegas and email him letting him know he can send it and he tells me " fed ex has it in a warehouse." I try calling, emails. Finally contacted a lawyer after two months trying to get any info on it. ( it was not mailed to any address I had given him, the house I was in I still own and have friends living there now) my lawyer has sent letters and attempted to call and gotten nothing. I've been asked if I want to proceed to court with it. It was paid in full 1565.00 nov 5, 2014. ( divorce gift from my dad) so should I goto court over this or does someone know bob ?

Yes they are a scam. Bobs old lady is my exwife Ginny. I know others that they have ripped off the same way. The house and shop was mine and her and Bob took it from me in a divorce while I was in the hospital recovering for over a year. He has no balls if he is confronted face to face. Here is what happened. I witnessed her son drown in the lake and it made my brain go bad with PTSD. I was to far away to save him. When I was seeing I needed to talk to her about his death she said she didn't need to hear it. After asking 4 times I lost it and told her to let me talk to her about it or get out. She left and then lied to me about us getting back together while filing for a divorce that I did not know was going on (the divorce). She with Bobs help took everything I had while I was in the hospital. Both of them are back stabbers and scammers. Hope you take them to court and find a way to press charges of any kind against them. BTW, I'm a old school biker and hope some day to get real justice for what they did to me. Good luck and please help spread the word about them.
