Update - DNA hardtail chopper build

OK, not much going on here in the forums so I thought I'd post an update on my DNA chopper build. It's embarrassing on how long it's taken me, but sometimes life gets in the way. I've been building this off and on for over 13 years and I think I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel! Anyway here's some pics.

Here's how it sat in my garage for about 10 years.

Now:

Slloooooooollly getting there....

OK, here's some better pics. Also, I'm stuck with the belt drive. I have a mostly stock 1340 evo (obviously with air cleaner & pipes), what's a good belt drive that won't break the bank? I'm thinking the Ultima 2 inch open belt or maybe just go with a closed one .... I'm not pushing that many horses so I don't need anything fancy.

I like Ultima 2" belt drive.
I run it with 96" and 127" engines. Although I can,t speak of their clutch- I immediately switched to EFM style auto clutch pressure plate.

Looks identical to my bike ...except for the wheels..did you piece it together? Mine was built by a company call CMS. Does your master cylinder have ULTRA on the top cover?

Yea, I've been piecing it together for the last 13 years! I don't have any writing on the top cover... I bought my controls & handlebars together off of ebay about 10 years ago. Sold the original T-bars & bought whiskey bars and kept the controls.

BTW, your bike is kickass. Is that a 250 tire on the back of yours? It looks bigger than that.
