Wallets by Big Papa Leather

I have heard a lot about this forum and finally got the nerve to post some of my stuff. Here is a recent completion. It is Cayman Croc with chocolate colored dyed cowhide interior. I laced it up with Dk Brown Kangaroo lace.

I hope to show a few other pieces, but I have a question. If I have wallets to show is it better to keep the same thread going or post a new one? I have seen it both ways here and want to do whichever is the preferred way. Also I didn't realize my name was too long. Leathe? lol. who do I see to fix that?

Thanks for looking.

Wow, very nice!! You could have run your name together without the space..."BigPapa Leather". For me, it is better to see everything in one thread......but ultimately your choice.

Great work man, welcome aboard. I would just keep adding to this thread, that way people can scroll through all your stuff in the same place.

Nice wallet. Looks super heavy duty. Do you have a website or blog?

Nice work. Welcome to the big show.
I think most prefer that you keep it to the same thread, like Troy said, so we can oogle your goods all in one place.

Thanks for the responses.

I will keep the wallet posts to this thread then, it seems to be the popular choice.
Here is a credit card or business card case I did a few weeks back.
Made from black elephant and red python.

The interior is calf.

Nice work. Did you hand stitch the red around the cross or was it done with a machine?

Hey Allen, send a PM to Ace, he can fix your name but it would have to be BigPapa Leather like I stated before. The format only allows 15 characters and that includes spaces.

Here is a carved skull that has been really popular. As much as I hate doing the same artwork more than once, this has been by far the most duplicated. I have done this skull about a dozen times now.

If you look closely you will see in the background some lightly "ghosted" in skulls. This too has been a popular option.
