And the last update on this seat for a couple of weeks before I add the last finish.. Waiting for some stuff I have ordered to complete it :-)

I have started to test some color techniques tho, for my next seat.. which hopefully will look really worn out, but still very shiny.. think this should work :-)

Another one just finished.. no design on this one, but fairly easy to remove the screws and add another leather piece.. so I can have different designs :-) one for show and one for daily use.. I designed the seat pan and brass frame.. everything hand made..

Thanks a lot mate! :-) Unfortanly I donīt have any progress pictures og the brass framed seat.. only the previews one.. but Iīll remember that to next time :-) A good friend of mine is working on a few new seat pans right now, and we will try something new.. at least I havenīt seen before :-) Iīll see if we can take some progress pictures.. stay tuned :-)

Drawing a scetch of the motive..

Transfering it to the leather..

Adding dye with a brush on the small parts...

Then adding the vintage finish/background color..

Stitching it all up, adding leather grease and then polish it.. :-)

I like the brass around the outside. Are you gonna let it oxidize or is it clear coated? Would look cool either way.
