JJ's 59 Sporty Build

Hey Guys, here are a few pictures of one of our newest builds we did for a customer. A buddy of ours named JJ happened upon this piece while drinking beer and browsing Ebay. This build started out as a ragged out, 59 Sporty chop that was truly old school. With the Bondo molded frame, the extension cords for wiring and bread ties instead of zip ties there was no doubt that this bike came straight out of the 70's and was in dire need of some updating. We gave it the full CHC treatment with lots of new parts where they were needed as well as a lot of CHC custom parts including pipes, foot pegs and linkages, kicker pedal, Outside The Box seat, fresh polishing, paint and powder coat.

Nice chop. The magneto and air cleaner stand out.
