New Triumph Build

Well, I'm starting a new Triumph build for my wife. Starting with a '67 front section with a loop bolt-on hardtail. I've got some parts gathered up like a 60's BSA front end and wheels and a '65 Triumph T120 bottom end. This bike is going to have a custom sidecar attached also. Here are a few pics, the weld-on I got was a little long for my taste so I welded in new cross braces and removed the axle plates from the rear of the loop. I made some new axle plates that I will weld in on the inside of the loop. Also pictured are the engine cases. I split the cases and just today powder coated them gloss black. I'll get some more pics up soon, lots to do but should be a killer ride when it's done. Later, Jason

Thats cool, I have llooked at the front of that frame a thousand times but it sure didnt have that back half. I am very interested to see this come together. My friend is very into Triumphs. Has about 5 or 6 abd a shop full of parts. Westward Cycles Carrolton Ga.
He might have some stuff you need possibly. He has a bout 3 Triumph builds going on.
