Hey All, here are a few more pictures. We've got the forward controls done and are working on the pipes. The foot controls are made entirely of different size solid square stock and square tubing. The front pipe twists around the right side foot control.....still working on them and we'll post pics as soon as we make progress.

Later all, D.J.

I'm trying to follow what you are doing here...

How do you plan on adjusting the points? I've just never seen anyone block off the timing cover like that before.

Your oil tank assy

I like how you dished the sides to make room for the cooler and filter. Thats really cool. Are you making the shift linkage easily removable to adjust the timing?
Cant wait to see it done.

"I've just never seen anyone block off the timing cover like that before." That's a good thing.....not really trying to do anything that's been done before. The shift linkage is only held on by two bolts so adjusting the points should not be a problem. Worst case scenario I will have to put a different header pipe on the front to get everything in time, then put the real pipe on. Not that big a deal really, especially for how nice it should look. Doesn't look to hot now but once all of the powder is done and the pipes are wrapped it will look sick.

Later guys, D.J.

Hey all, here are some pictures of our Ironhead we just completed for the Easyrider Bike Show in Columbus. There are few pictures of the bike before it was assembled and a few today at 99% completion. We are still waiting on the finished seat and a new starter motor. As you can see from the previous posts we changed the pipes, which was a great choice in my opinion, I love the way they look now.

Key Items/Features:
  • All parts Powder Coated in Black Wrinkle Finish & Graphite Metallic w/Semi-Gloss Clear
  • Re-Built Top End
  • Raked frame and Weld-on Hard Tail Section
  • "Fury" tank badges
  • Custom Seat pan
  • CHC Oil tank with integrated oil cooler and oil filter.
  • CHC Square Handlebars
  • CHC Square foot controls with Custom Off Road pegs
  • CHC Exhaust System with Custom Flappers
