YES....... it has been well over a year since he has been paid in FULL I only received my frame which was a total POS welding is shit there isnt a straight bar on the whole damn frame backbone is .0225 off center at the neck machining is horrible he wont answer his phone after hundreds of attempts or refund for addition units i never received, I went through my bank but it was too long ago a purchase. If he would have recieved payment in his name I would have went through the state for felony charges already!!!! he will get a visit soon I promise. I am surprised that he is still around after this treatment and quality of jusk he sells I easily could have made my own frame better than this ,,,and I have tons of pics for the non beleivers......

first off make sure that you are sure you are talking about mike at dirty south choppers in VA as there was another guy that was using mike's website and web addy with .net or .biz at the end instead of mike website. criminal charges were pursued on that guy. Mike wouldn't chance his standing with the police as he works with the state troop. just sayin.

Worked with Mike for 8 years now. No issues, always standup. Might be more to this story than the one side so far.
I'm sure he will pipe in on this.

I think he is talking about me but I dont know wxactly. I pulled the file for the only IA order I have had the MSO copy says 2009. I called the number and the message said "dont leave a message, I'll get back with you" its in cedar falls, IA.
In this order I built a frame with Springer measurments sent to me Im not sure its the same order this person is talking about but its the only one I can find in IA.
Im not saying hes not disgruntled, Im just trying to figure it out from the file and it was for a frame, oilt tank and handle bars.

Hey guys Im not perfect and I dont claim to be anything but human, many customers have had to wait extra time to get there frame just because of delays or other reasons so Im not saying Im a saint by no means.
triumph is a good example of a order gone bad but I have contacted him and I wont go into details on here of my situation the past 8 months as its personal.
Thanks krymis I appreciate it, I will point out though Im not a Cop any more, its been 8 years since that was so. I left on good terms and besides most of my certs running out I could go back but too many schools I would have to go back to and Im too old to be running a obstacle course.
I will continue to try to call Nick or Dustin (there is two names on the file)
I do apologize that you do not like my welds, as for the neck I cant speak on that.

Well during my typing Nick called back from the number I tried and he isnt the one that bought the frame, he is a friend of Dustins and Dustin he says is off on training but he had not heard anything from Dustin about being disgruntled so maybe its another order and simply cant find any other file right now for a IA order. I will look further though since I really only checked here in the office.

So if your not Dustin please email me and let me know your name, it might help finding the file easier but I will keep looking.

Through half a day checking checking the office and the building where all the old paperwork is stored I still have not found any file but the order I spoke of about is 2+ hours away from Des Moines IA and a different area code and I say this because I remember 515 so I dont believe Dustin is the poster as his area code is 563.
I dont however understand (addition units i never received ) did you buy 2 frames? I have only ever sold two frames at the same time to Three Two Choppers.

I will have to wait for a response.

Again I never claim to be superman as many will attest I am not, this is a one man shop that used to be 3.

Thanks pop 28.
I cant put any blame anywhere since I cant really wrap my head around this order yet, the order I thought it could be most likely is not since Cedar Creek is 2+ hours away and I talked to the customers roomate who said he had heard nothing bad, maybe the poster and Dustin should get together and compare frames (not trying to be a dick by saying that, lol).
I do have a vague memory of a dealing with a guy that thought it was a kit frame where you just bolt everything on and it went from not understanding how to put a gas tank on to nit picking every little thing like tolerances that were well under the industry standard but I dont think that the poster is that guy so I just dont know I have to assume he has a real gripe.

Wow I have not been on this site in years, I think this is the most posts I have ever made.
I need to go get some work done for a few people and I need to submit some stuff for trumph and worst case eat a loss and start his over
