You know this is typical of some of the garbage here. Read the attached court documents. That is if some of you can actually read. This incident had to do with a bike shop owner in southwest Florida being evicted and the owner of the bike shop stealing $80,000 worth of our products that were on display in his shop. He filed a false police report in an attempt to avoid grand theft charges. It didn't work. In addition he was charged with filing a false police report. I was not arrested per se. I walked in they took my picture (no cuffs) and was out in 45 minutes. I turned myself into the Sarasota Sheriffs office when the Hernando prosecutor alerted me by phone that the shop owner was claiming he had a fraudulent title he paid for. The prosecutor suspected that the guy was trying to avoid arrest. The shop owner's claim proved very quickly to be a lie. He fabricated a document and got caught. The Hernando court ordered the incident to be expunged from my record like it didn't happen. The expunge order was sent to the FDLE for processing. My worst crime is a speeding ticket. I was guilty. Have a nice day morons.
Exhibit A : Prosecution document dropping false charges.
Exhibit B : Court docket showing a special hearing called to drop charges.
Exhibit C : Court order to expunge the record of the false charges against me. 
I guess Exhibit "C" is to large (2.3 MB) and won't load even using zip.
