SoCal I just found this thread... I don't venture far from the WCC forum much. I have ordered several pulley/sprocket spacers from Joe, for myself and for friends. Those are a pretty easy order I guess because I always get in them in 3 days or less. I don't think I have bought anything more complex than a spacer...

Only time there was ever a problem, it was mostly my fault. I ordered a 1 & 1/8" spacer for the Ugly Betch but ordered pre-99 hub flange, but my PM wheels are 2000 up and use a step down adapter for the 3/4 axle. Anyway, I realized my mistake and sent an email the next morning (Monday) hoping to catch them before they shipped it. 2 days later I got the pre-99 spacer. I called and asked what happened, they said they shipped first thing Monday morning and didn't see the email till later, and they also said they already shipped the 2000 up spacer out (this is guy with the Mexican accent, I never talked to Joe on the phone).

So I wait, and wait... no new spacer. I forgot the 'wrong spacer' in my tool box and kept forgetting to grab it and return it. I called again, mulitiple times, no answer. Finally when i talked to the guy with the accent again he said he would ship out the 2000 up spacer that day. Next week, still nothing. Finally I remembered to send the other spacer back during that week and I emailed them the tracking number. After I confirmed it arrived I called again, same guy with the accent. i didn't bother getting into why the correct spacer was never mailed like he said because the order mistake was my fault and I kept procrastinating in sending back the other spacer.

Anyway, just my experience... Mostly my fault for placing an incorrect order, but why tell me you shipped it out twice when you never did? Funny...

Never ordered complex parts, I have used them for wheel spacers a few times, and all the times the experiences were good- actually they added a few extra spacers of different size in addition to the ones I had ordered.

The last time I chased my original order with an email, for an additional spacer I had realized I needed- it was added free of charge in the existing order.
Additionally I ordered a seriously offset RSD sprocket.
None of the ordered parts ever were wrong.

I always did the orders with them online, never in persone. May be having a hard copy of the order for them is better than taking down the info on the phone.

Perhaps I just had better luck with them.
