rake my sporty need help????
looking to take my 05 sportster to 5 degree over on the trees can i still use my stock tubes without trail being to bad????

IMHO anything more than 3 degrees on a fairly stock Sportster is pushing it. Lowering the back end will help some.

yeah...10 deg.....stock frame....
i think the combination of swingarm, lowering and front end worked out very well

I used 5 degree trees on my bike for years and it was just fine. Rear shock lengths are important to keep it nice and even.
