How about some wish bone Bobbers

For those of you more into the bobber scene we are going to start producing a line of bobbers starting at 14,500.00.
CHR rigid wishbone frames, 1 or 1 1/8 tubing, HD 80 cube motor, open or closed primary, Hydraulic or springer suspension. Aftermarket shovel, pan or knuck motors available but will incur additional cost.

RUMOR MILL UPDATE!!!! As a side note to Cals post, I have heard that Harley is going to stop producing completed motors for sale, i.e. 80" evos and the T/C stuff. From what I understand the only way you'll get a Harley motor is to buy the bike and if you need a replacement or upgrade you will be able to trade up. Not sure of the validity of this, but it is definitely a rumor going around.

Cal, Allthough I appreciate your opinion I will say that if it were not for HD very few Indy shops would have any business. Allthough I do not support the corporate mentality of HD I do support the product. We are not only a manufacturer but also a service shop for our area and since HD prefers to not work on anything over 5 years old (out of warranty) and wont work on anything over 10 in most cases that generates allot of business for the unauthorized service shops. HD has been trying to snuff shops out since the buyback from AMF so its nothing new.Fact is if it were not for HD success the custom market would not be as popular as it is now.
The HD evo motor has proven itself as a great product and is a reasonable alternative for the man on a budget to build his dream.
Corporations will always attempt to snuff out thier percieved competition. The same thing is true in the custom market when builders and companies try to discredit other builders and companies.

Thanks for the heads up XTC. It would not surprise me a bit if that was a fact. THe new motors are built to become obsolete anyway, IE lifter bosses cast into the cases, main bearings etc.

your original post was fine gypsy, I had a reply but it timed out before I got back to finish it. probably a good thing cause no one would have known what I was talking about now. LOL nothing wrong with agreeing to disagree.

Do you ever make it to the coast of NC? Looks like you are about 6 hours from me. I use high rollers extensivley but have never been to thier shop and I have not made an easy rider in Charlotte allthough I would like to go to the Wilson show sometime. Are you going to Daytona in Oct.??
