Motorcycle Traffic Stops:

If you were stopped by law enforcement riding your motorcycle, we want to know. Motorcycle only traffic stops are becoming more and more popular around the country. They may see this as legal but we view it as harrasment. Regardless if you received a citation or not, we want to know. Fill out our on-line form here.

Don't hassle them in their line of duty, it can do you more harm than good. If you honestly believe you were unlawfully stopped, detained, searched, or arrested because of this, please note that in the remarks and we will forward this information to the Law Offices of Richard M.
