A woman who claims her only crime was attending a New Year's Eve party filed suit against the Knox County Sheriff's Office over its Dec. 31 raid on the Outlaws Motorcycle Club. Cynthia Allison filed the lawsuit April 30 in U.S. District Court. The lawsuit names Knox County, Sheriff Jimmy "J.J." Jones and KCSO Deputy Jeremiah Johnson as defendants, together with "unknown officers."
Allison was at the club's party on Clifton Road when deputies burst through the door with concussion grenades and started kicking people to the floor, according to the lawsuit. The deputies "held their guns to individuals' heads and screamed, 'You mess with one of ours, now we're gonna mess with one of yours,' " Allison's lawyer, Michael Shipwash, wrote in a complaint.
The sheriff has said the raid came after members of the club held an undercover officer, Joseph Linger, hostage and threatened him. Members say they just confronted Linger and ordered him to give back a club vest. KCSO officials couldn't be reached for comment on the lawsuit. The county hasn't filed a response yet.
The lawsuit claims Allison was forced to take off clothing that bore an Outlaws slogan, lie handcuffed and barefoot on the floor at gunpoint and spend nine hours restrained on a bus - even though she says she's not a member of the club. She says she suffered a tarnished reputation, retaliation on the job and "constant fear" for her safety after the raid. She also says she never got her shoes back.
A hearing on the lawsuit hasn't been set.

So the bill sent in an undercover mole to gather evidence and took offence when they found out he was an undercover pig ........

Id go with 4 because I also got a place to hide the body and a pickup truck. but what do I know I live in the middle of nowhere in Texas..30 minutes across the border no less

I agree.........License to steal. The cop in the hometown I grew up in slept with a 16 yr old H.S. girl.......his lifestyle finally caught up with him when he transferred to Topeka and got caught stealing coc from evidence. |

Don't believe the LEO propaganda...
Every organization has it's bad apples, most 1%ers are not criminals... if they where wearing a patch telling everyone who you are would not be too smart.
Is there an occasional fight, sure, but it's usually biker on biker and out of the public eye... a few messed it up for most of them pulling high profile acts of stupity, usually created or pushed into it from LEOs.
How would you like your home raided cause you ride a bike that looks the part so you must be a drug dealing biker too... I can tell you personally IT SUCKS!!!!
The raid in question was purely retaliation for them collecting there property from a narc... undercover officers are the lowest form of low life, they make you believe they are your friend while trying to collect evidence used to ruin you life.... I wish them all a slow death!!!!!! |
