Laughing Devils founder arrested for lewd act with a minor.
Thomas Quinn,....aka Gypsy,....the founder and ex-President of the Laughing Devils MC,.....and new President of the Sinister Mob Syndicate MC, was arrested for lewd acts to a minor.
And from what I have heard, this years show was supposed to follow his new club, "not" the Devils. Oh well, back to the drawing board for the Discovery Channel writers.

I thought it states that his step-daughter is 18? She is classed as a minor. Is that the same in all states, I'm form the UK and at 18 you can pretty much do as you please (in the legal sense) as you are classed as an adult.

same in the states 18 is an adult but its probably stemming from years prior if they can show a reasonably doubt that hes been with his step daughter before she was 18
