Myrtle Beach...

So we went down to Myrtle Beach. BAKER set up at Broadway at the Beach. it was a good show. we had good sales despite the supposed legal concerns. we didnt personally get nabbed at all for any of the reasons they listed as concerns. the cops actually seemed nice where we were. no hassles.

My bike ran like shit two of the days we were there... i think its in need of some plugs and a new set of points is all...

otherwise: good show. good traffic. good riding. good food. i have no complaints about any of it. did anyone else go?

Evan and Jason (Evan's business partner at JR Cycle Works) do all of the installs in the BAKER booth - so they went along to work. of course on the ride home: their truck had an issue with the bearings and rotor and stuff in the front end and wound up needing everything replaced - even the spindle. of course: it happened in the top of North Carolina almost to the mountains. we left them behind to get it repaired because the rest of us were required back at BAKER the next morning (this was sunday). Evan says they wont be able to get it fixed and on the road till tomorrow. BLOWS. they'll be back just in time to turn around and head for Daytona! poor guys. at least Evan made friends with all the locals at the bar. hahahaha!

so that was my Myrtle Beach adventure.
