Ah I understand what you are saying, the serial number of the frame. When you said VIN I lost you but I am tracking what you are saying now. Thanks!

I am seeing some big differences between my frame and RE frames but once I find out who made it I will post it up.

Here are the most recent pictures I just got from the builder. We are waiting to get the front fender painted and on, also waiting on a VIN from the DMV, they have to take the front end aprt and the primary and repaint it flat black over the gloss black.

Ok so after putting 400 miles on it I have had a few break in problems. The speedo bracket and the horn bracket both broke. They were very thin aluminum brackets and the vibration from the 127" did a number on the brackets. Both broke at the bolt hole that connect to the part. I was thinking a thicker gauge aluminum or even steel along with a rubber o-ring bushing with do the job.

Another big problem is the ignition switch. Once I get the bike back from the builder I will be on the third one in 30 days. Both have burned out with big white puff of smoke along with it. As I was putting in the trailer I noticed the fender mount on the right side was backing out. The builder called me today and told me that it was stripping the bolt right out and to fix the problem they are going to be putting a fork brace on it to stop this from happening again.

The other big problem is the battery continues to die. I have had to put it on a trickle charger to give it enough juice to start it up. Once I let it sit over night (not even 12 hours) it is dead. Once I jump it or put it back on the charger, it is good to go. The longest distance I have ridden it without stopping for gas or cutting it off was approx 125 miles. I have read that it could be a ground issue or a wiring problem but I am not trouble shooting it since the builder is liable for the problems.

I am just putting all of this out there to get any advice from other builders and enthusiasts. Do I need a fork brace? I don't like the way they look and really don't want one if I don't need one. If the bike was a few years old I would have fixed these problems myself but since it is a brand new build and this issues are a park of the break in period I didn't try to fix them myself.

Thanks everyone in advance for reading this and throwing you opinions and advice out there!

I have recently worked out all of the bugs and she is running like a dream... here is a quick video ... don't mind the plastic bag tied to the frame but I had no other way to get my drink back to the house.

Also an update... read up and got advice from several different builders on the East Coast and they all recommended to double ground the bike so I did... Check it out... no lag when starting it even turns over hard and starts up right away when before it was turning over slow.

Sorry I didn't update my bikes slow revolution fix before. I double grounded the battery using large grounds and it does not hesitate at all. I have attached two pictures. One clean and the other with the grounds circled. I had a single ground to the starter before that was about half the size of what I am using now. Just replacing the grounds I have seen a significant difference with how fast the bike starts up.

Great looking bike but I'd lose that front fender...doesn't fit the minimalist rear fender and the general style of the bike IMO.

That is actually the plan if I don't sell it but I will be going with a wider front tire in 23"
