Electrical, where does everything go

I'm trying to decide where to put everything. I have an ultima softail frame 250 rear with a 10" streach. I have a round oil tank with the battery box inside of it. I'm trying to figure out where to put the ultima control box I have, it doesn't seem to have any logical place. I know normally it would mount on the back bone if I had a split tank... I don't. Where are you guys putting the control boxes?

Our setup is a little smaller with conventional circuit breakers and starter relay. But looking in your gallery there might be room under the seat?

I mocked up the battery size... then set the seat in place and tried to fit the Ultima Electronic module... it didn't fit. I have soooo many wires... the module... then I also have the Custom Cycle Handlebars... I just don't want it to look like a rats nest... So, mounting the module is my first step... Actually I think I found a spot, but I'm concerned about it being upside down. I'm thinking of mounting it to the underside of my oil tank mounting bracket. I have the round oil tank. I think this way I may be able to hide most of the wireing... Anyone have any concerns about mounting it upside down. It is solid state and potted... so even though I do like it I don't think mosture is going to be an issue.
