Mine was mostly built in my garage - except for some sheetmetal work. Here a build log, up to the sheetmetal stage. I have another 300 shots or so of the rest of the build that isn't yet updated.

Sweet! Seeing mockup shots that turn into awesome bikes is why I love this forum. I wish I knew about it when I did my build last year.

BOB O, How is it that you start out with a double down tube frame in the first picture and have a single holeshot down tube in the finished picture?

I guess this counts as my own build. I chopped the frame in half, and went from there. I cut and tac welded all plates, tabs, post etc. A friend did the finish welds, because my life depends on it, and he is a pro welder. A pro painter did the tins, but I did the cuts and tabs on all tins including fender struts. I powder coated all small parts, a friend did the frame because it wouldnt fit in my oven. A few friends helped me out keeping me going in the right direction by anwering many questions I had, but I did the work. I can honestly say I built it in my garage.

Minor fab work but mostly buying parts and putting together. Putting together my daughters now almost finshed. When we get around to the next build I want to do more fabrication.
