300 Rigid Build

Since we have a Carolina Custom Build area now....I figured I would document by build. Almost ready to tear down and paint. Here are the specs:

Carolina Custom Rigid RSD 300 Frame
6 up 6 out 41 rake
5 degree trees 12" over forks
Chrome Horse polished wheels
300 Avon rear/120 Avon Front
113" Ultima
6 speed Trik-Shift
BDL primary
HHI Brakes
Chain Conversion - Tsubaki Sigma NP chain
Custom made bars
Joker Machine Controls
Hand made tank
3" extended foward controls

I will have to take some more pics and put them on....I left out some little things like inserting 45 long colt shell casings to plug the left side brake rotor holes...looks like a cylinder now. I have put the guage cup on the bars and almost finished the front hard brake line. I will keep putting up new pics.
