A little tip on heli coils, do NOT use the regular heli coils on the plug holes. They make a coil that is one piece (threaded inside and out) with a small lip at the top and thats what you need. I learned the hard way that you can easily thread a regular heli right down into the cylinder then you got a can of worms. The 2nd type I mention have a camfer on the top so you can,t lose them in the cylinder.

Picked up 12mm spark plug helia coils and the spark plug slips in :/....the 13mm spark plug actually lets the spark plug screw in so i am going to have to drill out the top to fit the 13mm helia coil.

having a buddys shop do the head repair, I really dont want to have to do it again. lol Bought Spark Plug helia Coils from O'rileys and they dont have a lip either o.0

Figured the heads going to need to be removed and I would prefer someone who will back up the work then me doing it (unless red was here then id have red show me how to properly do it. lol )

looking at aftermarket frames again o.0

ok SO...I havnt updated This in FOREVER NOW!!

BUT

Latest, Got new jets 46/170/175

Stripped two screws and need to remove them (ARGH!!)

Bought at Home Depot
4mm x 7mm x 16mm Allen Wrench screws for the Float Bowl (2 for .65 cents) So I bought 8.

Going to need a new tire and Debrix is down (I get my rear tire for like 40 bucks last's 6 months at 2-3000 miles a month)

A buddy posted a picture of a Blast stripped down (Back end) And I was doodling here at work and made this.

Original.

So I Drew this, Figure hide the Battery in back tail, Tail light under battery.

What do you all think (Still all over the place with this)

No suspension, Cafe seat, King Rolled gas tank (3.3) Possibly modded to sit a bit high.
Clip ons, and have a Vectra fairing that would look GOD awful I kind of want to run on it with no screen o.0

also want a 19 inch spoke in front.
