What did you have to do to get rid of the fuel injection? Just a carb and new ignition?

Yep. It's running on a bendix and points. I've seen a lot of threads lately with people stating you have to re cam it and blah blah blah. No you don't.

Polished the lines up and put oil on em. *No leaks yet. * *
Got a question. *The aluminum reservoir above the mc is connected with clear fuel line. * Will this be a problem or any suggestions on what to use. *I'm running dot 5. *Last year I had some hydraulic hose connecting the mc to reservoir but now with the res moved the hydro hose will not make that bend.*

don't want ya to feel ignored but i'm not sure. i think it would work just fine since it's fuel resistent and from my understanding the dot5 fluid is not as corrisive as the older verisions.

^^. Thanks man. I put fluid on it for now just to see if it affects the tubing at all while I finish the rest of the bike

Lol went to the fabric store and bought some lace material. You'll never feel more out of place or get weirder looks than buying a lot of lace.
