Jammers-They apparently can be built, but not cheap or small. An employee of Los Alamos National Laboratory was allegedly marketing plans and parts for one years ago, but got threatened with loss of job and security clearance. The FCC also got involved regarding transmitting without a license. Or this could all be Lab urban legend!
