wiring problem

i have a custom rigid with a tp motor. the wiring is totally shot. im changing to an ultima plus wiring harness. it seems simple, but i have no start button, and no kill switch. it all works through a keyed ignition/ starter on the coil bracket. so i dont know how to hook it together. there is a black+red whire that is supposed to go to the "starter switch" a grey wire that is supposed to go to "power the kill switch", and a white and black wire that returns to the controll module from the kill switch. im assuming they need to go to the 4 pronges on the back of the key which r labeled batt, st, ign, acc. has anyone ever wired a bike like this?????
