well good luck to anyone getting any $$ back.. even if the govt gets involved.... I believe that $$ is in another country... there are different laws in different countries... it will never happen.. just look @ all the wealty people... thay have ways to hide there $$
I was really looking into getting a BBC..I'm glad I waited now...

Hey All,
Not to rub salt in the wound, but if you go back into the Recall threads, you will see what Larry and I have been saying over the last 2 years.
If a company or person will cover up defective frames until they are forced into a recall, blaming the bike owners, what did everyone expect from Kevin.
I understand what most people will do when your business is going down the tubes, but to keep taking money, when is is obvious, no bikes would be delivered "insert your thoughts here".
Again, if he was someone with morals, he may be in a different place right now, even with how business is.
It sucks that one person could take advantage of so many.

As fucked up as it is that they fucked over so many, it is still unbelievable to me that people continue to send paid in full, cash money, to anyone based on a promise of delivery!  |

That's what I was thinking. Here's a money order for 35 grand, I hope I get a nice bike! Shit If I was spending that kind of money, I might spend my vacation in Big Bear to check the place out and do the deal in person. If you're already into it for 35k or more, why not buy a plane ticket? |

this just in, kevin and mona have moved out of there house. pretty sure that the fact that people found out ther address they got scared and ran out. i was called in by the local sheriffs office last week and questtioned about them, the heat is on!!!!! for sure. hope to see them behind bars soon

Most of the comments are very interesting as well. One guy said that Kevin and Mona moved out of their house after a pig's head was tossed in their front yard! Somebody is really pissed off it seems and no wonder!

someone has to FORCE them into bankruptcy or all that will be left is bare walls and empty bank accounts. They can legally move stuff around all they want right now even if they sell it to an entity own by themselves. As far as deposits, they only have to show that no moneys were spent or withdrawn for personal use.Remember, a corp is looked upon as a separate person and the Alsops work for that person.
