Wire Plus WP143 - Turn Signal Cancel Module

I have wired up this turn signal module and it seems to be functioning correctly, but when I hit the R or L- turn signal button on the hand controls the turn signal blinks, but I have to hit the button again to get it to stop blinking.

As I understand it, there is a way to go about setting the blink time frame, but the instruction do not provide any directions on how to do this....

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks, Ralph
